TRUERQ · TRUST & TRANSPARENCY
Cookie notice
Last updated 3 October 2026
TrueRQ sets two cookies of its own — one that keeps you signed in and one that tells visitors apart — and keeps a few preferences in your browser. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies are set.
Cookies we set
| Cookie | What it does | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| realestate_token | Keeps you signed in. httpOnly, so page scripts cannot read it. | 7 days, or until you sign out |
| re_vid | A random visitor identifier, so guests get a fair daily allowance and we can count visits. Our own; not shared. | 1 year |
Browser storage
These are kept in your browser’s local storage and never sent to us:
| Key | What it holds |
|---|---|
| realestate_token | A copy of your session token, used only when your browser blocks the cookie |
| trq-theme, trq-rail | Your theme and sidebar preferences |
| trq.voiceLanguage | The language you chose for calls |
| truerq_privacy_v1 | That you have seen the privacy banner (kept for 90 days) |
What we do not do
We load no advertising tags, no third-party analytics and no social-media pixels. Videos and maps on the cards are shown through the providers named in the Privacy notice; opening one takes you to that provider under its own terms.
Managing them
Signing out removes the session cookie. You can clear the others, and the browser storage, through your browser’s settings; the service keeps working, you will just be asked to sign in and will see the privacy banner again.
