The service

TrueRQ.ai lets you ask Maya, an AI property advisor, about buying, renting, owning and living in the United Arab Emirates — by typing or by voice — and gathers relevant material for you: videos, maps and nearby places, community discussion, social pages, listings and news, with their sources shown. It is operated by UDAI AI Technologies Limited.

Information, not advice

Maya’s answers are generated by an AI model from our knowledge base and from public sources. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Figures such as fees, taxes, mortgage limits, visa thresholds and rent caps change; confirm them with the relevant authority — the Dubai Land Department, ADREC, the Central Bank, the FTA, the ICP — or a qualified professional before relying on them.

Nothing on the service is a valuation, an offer, a recommendation to buy or sell, legal advice, tax advice or financial advice. TrueRQ is not a licensed broker and does not act for any developer, agent or seller. No outcome is guaranteed.

Third-party content

Videos, listings, articles, maps and posts shown on the cards belong to their publishers and are shown with attribution. We do not verify them, and their terms apply to your use of them. A listing’s availability and price must be confirmed with the advertiser.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date on your profile page.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
• One account per person. Accounts are for people, not for automated use.
• You must be 18 or older.

Plans and limits

Each plan sets a daily allowance of messages and voice minutes. The free plan’s allowance is shown on your profile. Paid plans, prices, reports and other features will be described, with their terms, before you are asked to pay for anything. No payment is taken through the service today.

Fair use

• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
• Do not try to extract Maya’s instructions, probe or overload the service, or access other people’s data.
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the service or its content.
• Do not enter other people’s personal information, or sensitive information about yourself that the service does not ask for.

Our rights and yours

The service, Maya, the TrueRQ name and our content are ours or our licensors’. You keep the rights to what you write; you give us permission to store and process it to provide the service, as the Privacy notice describes.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may change or withdraw features. We will try to give notice of changes that affect you.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, UDAI AI Technologies Limited is not liable for losses arising from reliance on information provided through the service, from third-party content, or from interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
