Maya is an AI advisor. Her answers are generated by a large language model (Google’s Gemini, through its API); her voice by ElevenLabs; her face by SpatialReal. When you speak, Deepgram turns your words into text. She is not a human broker, licensed adviser or employee, and she is not speaking live.
Where her answers come from
For questions about fees, rules, processes and figures, Maya is required to consult our knowledge base of UAE property information before answering, and to say when she does not have a verified figure. For places, videos, news, community opinion and listings, she uses the public sources shown on the research cards, with their origin. Public opinion is labelled as opinion. She may still misread a source or state something incorrectly; the cards are there so you can check.
No sponsored answers
No developer, agent or advertiser pays to be mentioned, ranked or recommended. If that ever changes, sponsored content will be labelled as such.
Introductions
Maya does not pass your details to anyone. A future introduction service would name the recipient and the information to be shared, and would require your separate, explicit agreement each time.
No guaranteed outcomes
Nothing Maya says is a valuation, a return forecast or a guarantee. Decisions about property are yours, and significant ones deserve a professional’s review.
